Background:
The embroidery for the first glove was completed at Birka, where I bought the leather glove and sewed it on (for nought - the recipient wasn't here!). Basic fill stitch using regular embroidery thread on cotton. The glove is leather.
The second glove was completed at my leisure using a DMC "rayon" thread on cotton and then appliqued on a leather glove. I am hoping the thread stands up to use better. More completed gloves to come.
