This scroll was awarded in the East Kingdom on 6/19/04 at Vinland Raids III. The scroll is based on the Rohan Master Book of Hours Plate 3 - February. I changed the dress color and the pennant to match the persons registered arms. It is done on pergemanta with gouache.
