Background:
My husband, Baron Osgkar of the Wood, was knighted at 12th Night on 1/8/05. The plates were painted as a gift to him.
MATERIALS:
The glass plates were purchased at a department store. I used enamel paints (from A.C. Moore) and baked them on in my oven.

PROCESS:
First I cleaned the plates. Then I decided on the design and taped it to the plate so that I could see the details. The details are painted on first and then the background (thus the reverse in reverse painting). I then baked the enamels on.
