| This scroll was awarded in the East Kingdom on 11/11/06 at Bjorn's Ceilidh event by Lucan and Yana. The scroll is primarily based on the Book of Kells 28V - a picture of Matthew. The recipient has registered arms, but I was asked specifically not to include them as she has submitted new arms at Pennsic. Who am I to argue? The scroll is done on pergamenta with gouache. |
