This garb is completely NOT PERIOD! It was made for a Roman dinner party that my husband was attending at Pennsic. Though it is close, I got the neckline completely wrong while cutting and attempted to cover it up with the striping. Now I must create a period one to appease the garb laurels :-)

So sad I messed up this wonderful piece of linen. I went more Dalmatic than Tunica, but I doubt the people he's camped with would notice the difference (or that the neck is cut wrong on the Dalmatic). *sigh*
