The pattern is called Tiffany Cowl from Creative Knitting Magazine - Autumn 2013
I used Red Heart Super Saver - Grape Fizz and Turquoise and size 10 knitting needles
Started this cowl and it was pretty but when you got the yarn in the sun it wasn't purple it was more burgundy and looked hideous with the variegated. I had the blue on hand so made it with that instead.
