My daughter needed a dress for an Anglo Saxon (1066ish) wedding. We bought some linen and she picked a style she liked. I am no expert on this time period, so it may be fantasy or it may be close. Either way, it is all machine sewn without a pattern.
The underdress. I screwed up the collar, but knowing that it wouldn't show, I left it.
The overdress. I remembered to cut the collar into a key shape.
The 2 as they will be worn.
Someone refused to try the dress on before the wedding. As a result, the sleeves were a bit long...
Otherwise she loved it, so win.
