I took this class at the Atlantia University on a whim. That's why I wound up using my engineering paper - sorry! This class is labeled Japanese Bookbinding, Fukuro-toji, basic 4-hole variant. The sizes are listed on the book so I can make another later. We used DMC floss for the "binding". Of course my binding isn't correct - use the labeled holes.
