This is a kit from Hello Bargello. It uses plastic canvas (that you have to cut to size yourself), DMC Tapestry Wool (100% worsted weight wool), and needles. This is more of a ribbon pattern than flame pattern, though the edges could be called flame because of their sharpness.

Decided I wanted to line it, so I made a linen lining first so I could sew it in when I sewed the front to the back.
