I like to make my holiday cards. I search for something to embroider and this year I bought "cross stitch" Christmas trees. Once I recieved the card, it became obvious this was NOT cross stitch. There are some cross stitches in there, but this is more free embroidery. Gotta say, the instructions were trash and frustrating, so I wound up only making one of these.
Some very long flowy stitches to create the layers of the tree.
The final tree / card. Look! The trunk is cross stitch!
The spangles are a cute touch.
