This is a kit from Hello Bargello and is called "Songbird". It would be considered a diamond motif. While traditional Bargello is done on wool canvas, this kit comes with 12-count needlepoint canvas, DMC Tapestry Wool (100% worsted weight wool) and size 18 tapestry needles. I will have to purchase a 16" pillow form and backing material separately. Started in December 2023 and had to take a long break due to tendinitis.
First color done. I started to far to the one side, but I think it will be fine.

Getting closer. Had to stop for a while due to tendonitis in my shoulder and elbow :(

Finished piece!!! Now I need to decide on a backing and sew it together to complete the pillow.
