This has scope creep. I was just going to do something simple to hold tissues for my protege's elevation because I know she's going to tear up. Then I thought, why not do her arms? HAHAHAHAHA - the joke is on me. Bargello is square in form, her arms are not. So this became less about bargello and more of WTF was I thinking project. I tried to keep the idea of bargello in it - maybe more of a brick stitch, but it's ready and hopefully it will make it to the event. I did try to start with a pattern off the web to size the tissue holder but I think it is too small and I'm not going to redo it. I saw another one today that was all one piece - smart!
Plastic canvas, DMC wool, and my horrible thoughts/drawings.

The fire had me stumped. Tried to give the cauldron texture.
Busy, busy, busy. Not a fan of how the ladles turned out, but round items utilizing a square stitch....
Working on the ladles for the front.

Looking at the size of the tissue package to the finished piece ratio.
